Biography
Born in Torino, Italy, I work as freelance photojournalist and video maker, focusing on environmental issues, small communities and remote areas, especially in the Balkans and Italy, my home country.
I am regular contributor to CGTN, Euronews, the Swiss television.
My works have been published on CGTN, RSI, RaiNews 24, La Stampa, Il Corriere della Sera, Balkan Insight, Reporterre, Altreconomia, La Nuova Ecologia, Ny Tid, Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso, Le Courrier des Balkans, Cinemambiente, Revue Bouts du Monde, Limes, EastWest, Il Tascabile, Pagina 99, TPI, Erodoto 108, Q-Code magazine.
I am co-author of the book "Il futuro dopo Lenin, viaggio in Transnistria", written together with the volna mare collective.
In 2018 I was a finalist for the Roberto Morrione investigative journalism award, with an investigation webdoc about the Carrara marble industry, and I won the Pietro Di Donato award in the same year.
